感謝你，我今早既可見亦可聽。
因為你是饒恕和了解我的主，我因而受祝福。
你為我做了那麼多，又持恆地祝福我。
請原諒我今日所作，所說及所想，而不討你喜悅的一切。
>>I ask now for Your forgiveness. Please keep me safe
>>from all danger and harm. Help me to start this day
>>with a new attitude and plenty of gratitude. Let me
>>make the best of each and every day to clear my mind
>>so that I can hear from You. Please broaden my mind
>>that I can accept all things. Let me not whine and
>>whimper over things I have no control over.

我請求你的寬恕。
請救我脫離一切凶惡。
幫助我以新的態度和感恩的心開始一天。

請開闊我的思路，讓我接納一切。
讓我不哀求和抱怨我不能控制的事。
因為這是我所能做的極限。

>>I pray for those who don't know You intimately. I pray
>>for those that will delete this without sharing it
>>with others. I pray for those that don't believe.
我知道當我不能祈禱之時，你依然聆聽我的心。
繼續差遣我完成你的旨意。
繼續祝福我，讓我因此成為別人的祝福。
讓我堅強，因此我可以幫助軟弱。
高舉我，使我可以說出勉勵別人的話。
我為迷途者禱告。
我為錯誤判斷和不明白的禱告。
我為那些不完全認識你的禱告。
我為那些收到這電郵，不分享便刪去的禱告。
我為那些不信的禱告。

我為每一雙可讀此文的眼睛而禱，祈求他們明白沒有問題﹑環境或狀況比神更大。
你所戰的每一場仗都在你手中。
